Join us for this specialized program funded by the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Afterschool Program.

What is this program?

The Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Afterschool Program provides funding to allow us to offer our pre-established Afterschool Enrichment Programming completely free to youth who meet a certain criteria. Currently, this program is available to students from John Barry Elementary School & Benjamin Franklin Elementary School. The Afterschool Enrichment Program takes place at Boys & Girls Club of Meriden at 15 Lincoln Street, Meriden. Transportation is provided from school to the Club every day for accepted students.

What are the qualifications?

Annually, we offer a total of 105 slots, broken out by grade.

John Barry Elementary School 60 slots Form in English Formulario en Español All applications must be handed in to the main office at John Barry or at the Boys & Girls Club of Meriden.
