Project Learn

Project Learn is at the center of our enrichment offerings and represents an ongoing relationship between the Club and Meriden Public Schools. The program helps kids with their homework, prepares them for tests and assists them with long-term projects. Our staff teaches and guides our members, and digital platforms augment their efforts.

The collaborative relationship we have with the school system allows us to receive copies of our members’ report cards (with parental permission) and by working with teachers, we target our tutoring to ensure kids who are struggling get the extra help they need in the subjects in which they are having problems.

The data indicates that our efforts are making a difference, as we have noted consistent and sustained improvement among most participants academically.
